X-Ray GlassLeaded radiation glass giving a clear view while providing radiation protection
We are a major supplier of x-ray glass across the India, which is lead lined to make for the ultimate radiation glass solution. Offering a fast reliable delivery of various size glazed units from small door vision panels to large control room viewing windows. Our X-ray glass is ideal for use in X-ray rooms for dentists, vets, hospital X-ray or CT departments.
Lead lined X-Ray glass uses the lead as a form of protection to shield from radiation to reduce the effective dose given. Lead makes the perfect choice for xray glass due to its high density and atomic number it can effectively satisfy certain radiation.
Radiation shielding xray glass can be supplied with lead equivalences ranging from 1mm to 3.5mm. If additional radiation protection is required then the sheet glass can be layered to any lead equivalence. Radiation shielding glass standard sizes of 800mm and 1000mm are available with widths up to 2000mm. Most standard sizes are available from stock and can usually be delivered within five to ten working days but please call us for availability.
Our X-ray glass can be supplied double glazed in a sealed unit with various other specialist glass to achieve properties such as FR30, FR60, Scratch resistant, Impact resistant etc. Lead glass can also be supplied laminated for extra durability or vinyl finished for one-way viewing in use as a privacy window.
For costing, Kv ratings or further technical information on our radiation glass, then please contact us.
Why choose Raybloc for X-Ray Glass

We are an acclaimed name engaged in offering our precious clients a superior quality range of Lead Ingot. This ingot is manufactured using optimum grade raw material and sophisticated technology in synchronization with industry standards. In order to ensure quality, the entire range is rigorously tested on various parameters by our quality controllers. Keeping in mind the diverse requirements of our clients, we provide the entire range in various sizes and specifications and at affordable prices.
Lead ingots produced to ASTM B29-03 specifications for refined pure at 99.97% and pure lead at 99.94%
Lead ingots that tweak the standard purity specifications to include very low sulfur at controlled level
G2 ballast grade lead ingots that would satisfy the requirements of the end user requiring a “heavy metal” lead ballast weight solution
Chemical Copper lead
Low silver pure lead
Various alloyed lead ingots produced to meet your specifications, such as 3% antimonial bullion (typically used for sailboat keels) or 6% antimonial bullion (typically used for bullet lead)

Lead balls are normally used for radiation protection to fill and melt into hollow spaces and gaps in Lead shields where other Lead products like Lead sheet or Lead bricks are not approachable.
The material has a low melting point and can be processed easily and fast into a homogenous barrier layer. The standard program comprises of diameters from 2.5 to 4.0 mm. Further dimensions can be produced on request.
Weight and ballast
Hollow spaces can be filled with lead balls to achieve a loading. The diameter of 2.5mm has an approximate versatile bulk density of 7kg/dm³. Higher apparent densities can be achieved through filling lead balls of 10 mm diameter.
Lead balls are used for various other applications such as:
• Stress testing: Providing variable weights in strength-of-materials stress-testing systems.
• Hydrometers: use a weight made of Lead balls
• Split Balls: a larger type of lead balls where each pellet is cut partway through the diameter.
• The heads of some dead blow hammers are filled with balls to minimize rebound off the struck surface.
• Shot belts: scuba diving, cycling and swimming.
• Model rocketry: to add weight to the nose of the rocket, increasing the stability factor.
• Lead balls are used for a regenerator in Stirling engines and thermo acoustic crycoolers.
• Lead balls for wall construction suitable for radiation shielding applications.
• It is used to attenuate radiation, especially X-rays and gamma rays in Medical and nuclear industry.
• For free casting steel / free machinery steel.
• Ballast for counter balance, bridge construction & building
• Cored Wire Manufacturing
Lead Balls Size:
• We Provide Lead balls from diameter 1.5mm to 4.5 mm with the Lead content of 99% and above as per the customer’s specifications.
25Kg HDPE Bags. We also provide customized packaging as per customer requirements.

lead shot is an easy, cost-effective shielding solution for areas where solid lead is impractical, due to location, shape, or accessibility. Lead shot can also be used to provide temporary shielding by placing the bag around the point source or pouring into a container. We stock lead shot in standard 25 lb. canvas bags. For added strength and durability, we also offer lead shot in bags manufactured of 600 Denier vinyl coated black nylon. Lead shot is also available in bulk drums. Our standard lead shot is #8 (.09”/2.29mm diameter). Density is approximately 436 lbs. per cubic foot. WE OFFER: Chilled Lead Shot – Highly-polished, uniformly-round, accurately- sized and consistently-dense shot. Graphite-coated. Custom embroidery or printing is available on application.

Lead Pipe (Seamless) is made from Pure Lead Metal (99.97% min.) or Lead Alloys, which is readily fabricated by extrusion. Lead Metal have excellent property of corrosion resistance and flexibility, Lead Pipes finds many uses in the chemical industry. Lead Pipe for these applications is made from either chemical Pure Lead or up to 6% Antimonial Lead Alloy.
We offer Pure Lead (Chemical Grade) Pipes & Antimonial Lead Pipes as per client specification. Our standard sizes are min 10mm ID and max 200mm ID. The main application for such Lead Pipes are for Water, Soil Waste, Ventilating, Gas Purpose, Telephones, Telegraph, Under ground works, Acids & Chemicals.
In present time, Lead Pipes are mainly used for carriage of corrosive chemicals in chemical plants. The appropriate composition of Lead with other alloying Metal is extruded for cutting into short length ‘sleeves’ which is used for jointing of Lead Sheathed Cables.
